Great Info Eric, I too believe in the $AERS tech and I think that the partnership with $MDGC will flourish when the production of phones start with Aerius. Same story both have great tech but need funding. Hopefully that will change soon for both companies.

Aerius is trying to raise the last bit of capital in order to bring the sale sample phones from China so Aerius can close the deal with T-Mobile and other carriers. The reason for the delay has been due to the fact the VC’s who are interested in Aerius want unacceptable terms. Aerius needs an investor who believes in the technology and wants to help solve the health issues with cellular phones.

Aerius has had MANY offers on the table for financing but Bill is unrealistic. He would not put his own money into this either, what does that tell you? T Mobile is not going to give one crap about this, it's just the same damn story Bill's been stating for years.

plan B. Is to go to CES or conventions and get orders, It will be easy to get a loan from a bank when you have orders in hand.

Would you please give a link to the "Health Watch" organization for whom you claim to work?

Other than Bill and Jo Elaine Luxon, Aerius has no employees according to its own filings.

Bill Luxon announced in July 2010 that Aerius had secured the necessary funding to bring the first Aerius-equipped smartphone to market possibly as early as the fourth quarter of that year: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=43831936

What happened with that funding?

I too have been watching Aerius for years and I have never seen anything but phones retrofitted with Aerius antenna be claimed to be tested. There isn't even an actual photograph of an Aerius phone - just a computer rendering of a design that has never been produced.

Bill Luxon has issued dozens of press releases lying about the status of Aerius telephones. If anyone has ever cried wolf too many times, it's him.

Lastly, there is no scientific evidence that an Aerius antenna makes a cell phone safer. The largest study ever done showed that cell phone use does not increase cancer risk: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504763_162-20123465-10391704.html

... the VC’s who are interested in Aerius want unacceptable terms. Aerius needs an investor who believes in the technology ...

Venture capitalists (VCs) invest only in private companies, not public ones.

As stated in a press release, Bill Luxon is trying to raise money for Aerius International, Ltd., the private company based in Lewes, DE to which publicly-traded Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) sold its patents in Novemeber 2009.

The sale was made and approved by over sixty percent of Aerius International, Inc. shareholders on November 24, 2009. The sale was completed for the following reasons: 1) every effort to raise adequate capital to commercialize its intellectual property by Aerius International, Inc. had not met with success because the company was traded on the Pink Sheets; and 2) Investment advisors recommended the necessary capital could be raised through Aerius International, Ltd., a private corporation.

If he ever raises the money and produces phones (doubtful), the public corporation (AERS) will not get the revenue. The value of the public corporation is supposed to come from appreciation of the 10 million shares of private Aerius International, Ltd. that were paid for the IP.

Aerius management anticipates shareholders of Aerius International, Inc. will receive an increase in asset value of the Corporation based upon the anticipated appreciation of the ten million shares of stock in the private corporation.

Bill Luxon's press releases after Novemeber 2009 have all been false and misleading.
