Aerius is trying to raise the last bit of capital in order to bring the sale sample phones from China so Aerius can close the deal with T-Mobile and other carriers. The reason for the delay has been due to the fact the VC’s who are interested in Aerius want unacceptable terms. Aerius needs an investor who believes in the technology and wants to help solve the health issues with cellular phones.

Aerius has had MANY offers on the table for financing but Bill is unrealistic. He would not put his own money into this either, what does that tell you? T Mobile is not going to give one crap about this, it's just the same damn story Bill's been stating for years.
