Would you please give a link to the "Health Watch" organization for whom you claim to work?

Other than Bill and Jo Elaine Luxon, Aerius has no employees according to its own filings.

Bill Luxon announced in July 2010 that Aerius had secured the necessary funding to bring the first Aerius-equipped smartphone to market possibly as early as the fourth quarter of that year: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=43831936

What happened with that funding?

I too have been watching Aerius for years and I have never seen anything but phones retrofitted with Aerius antenna be claimed to be tested. There isn't even an actual photograph of an Aerius phone - just a computer rendering of a design that has never been produced.

Bill Luxon has issued dozens of press releases lying about the status of Aerius telephones. If anyone has ever cried wolf too many times, it's him.

Lastly, there is no scientific evidence that an Aerius antenna makes a cell phone safer. The largest study ever done showed that cell phone use does not increase cancer risk: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504763_162-20123465-10391704.html
