Websites don't have to disappear to update content

Some do, some don't. It's not a requirement. Depends on the
technology being used. If a new library is being published its
always best to bring the site down to make sure the old library
is removed from memory, and there's no lock situation on the file.

I think they should be careful about "manufactured drama". It could turn into the real thing.

Ooops! They misspelled that. It should be "South Yarra". It's a suburb of Melbourne.
