If the surviving company is HBRM then why would anything happen to HBRM shares at all other then maybe a PPR increase? It's the CHRI shareholders who are going to benefit. They are going to get a conversion into HBRM shares IMO.
DE, financials are important also but apparently do nothing to encourage volume and higher PPS as far as CHRI is concerned. You pretty confident in unaudited chinese financials huh?
