As I posted before. This is the reason for the increase in the A/S. They need those shares to convert the CHRI shares into HBRM shares. I would think that CHRI will buy all outstanding HBRM shares and then issue some ration of HBRM shares to current CHRI shareholders. How much we HBRM shareholders actually can get for our shares is yet to be seen. IMO
