1) Re-read my post to you. Escrow shares will always be ZERO. You may get a check now and then - {or a cash deposit into your brokerage account} - as litigation is successful. The shares (actually CUSIPs) are there for *TRACKING* who you are and how much you held of former equity.
2) As far as how much. TBD. Could be zero forever. Or within the 3+3 year window, might be quite a bit. Or somewhere in-between.
