I seriously doubt it. Being CFP would be a material event for CBAI, therefore, I think CBAI would have to file with the SEC in order to start a share buyback plan. Thoughts?

Is the window open for the company to buy shares. Maybe being cash flow + allows them the oppurtunity to buy at this price

Well let's hope people like you keep buying so long-term shareholders like me who have seen their investment plummet can get some of their money back.

Like I said hope vs. expect... I hope people like you continue buying, however, I expect the stock to reach a ceiling sometime over the next couple of trading days and to fall yet again... I hope I'm wrong.
