I seriously doubt it. Being CFP would be a material event for CBAI, therefore, I think CBAI would have to file with the SEC in order to start a share buyback plan. Thoughts?

Is the window open for the company to buy shares. Maybe being cash flow + allows them the oppurtunity to buy at this price
