As I stated previously. It is not such a bad idea. It keeps the short termers and flippers from selling right away. There will be a lag between when they are issued and when they can be sold. If that time is filled with tangible good news then the pps will have time to rise. I have no problem with sending the shares into my broker. I am not looking to sell them.
