Sending out shares to home addresses --- what more proof does anyone to know that this company exists simply to pay management.

Kinda like starbucks issueing a cup of coffee to all its loyal customers. You wait months and months for the free cup of coffee gift certificate and then one day you get home and in the mailbox is a package from starbucks. You open it to find "a free cup".

Of course you then have to drive to starbucks - give them your free cup and then pay for the coffee --- but what the heck --- you did get a free cup.

This divy is just more of their games.
