Thanks for the info Data...had me worried too when the sites were down for two days. How often does that happen? Seems pretty unusual for a thunderstorm to have such a drastic effect on so many websites and major carrier systems.

Doesn't do much for their claim of being up and running 99.5% of the time. They now have some significant UPTIME to get under their belts to restore that percentage.
