I am sure he already has a current shareholder list since nothing has traded in days. Furthermore, why would he give me his email and ask me to keep in touch and have me send him my current share count and when I purchased the shares if he did not intend to make it right?

it is posible if you email him a copy of your bought shares as I did weeks ago. I am looking forward to Don issueing me shares in STEP as that is what I was investing in.

Did you ever think Don has the list locked in a safe with all the shareholders as of the day this stopped trading?....I think he does.....
