There may be another way to make the new company happen, Don forms the new company name, but it would be a non public company, and the shareholders from CCTC as of the date it stopped trading would be issued new shares, one for one, no BS ajustments, or splits, no stuff like that...Then Don could bring the company on line as a new IPO,and the old shareholders would be given the chance to be in it from the start.....it's a lot of work, and maybe a stretch, but it could work, call it creative financing, but its a way of making good. Also old shareholders may have to sign off on future suits of CCTC if given this new opportunity, they couldn't be in any class action suit if there every was one....it was just a idea,..IMO
