Thankfully, I've been seeing many of these cheesy efforts failing as of late. HHII is a perfect example. And slojab has been holding down the fort beating the truth into passerby's.
I think it's a tired tactic that faded quickly, especially since the promo disclosures have become more common. The only boards that it seems to work on (temporarily) are like when no disclosures were made on GaRBaGe recently. Clearly a paid, organized pump, but no one disclosed, and they ran it up enough for insiders to dump it sideways for days. Same with IJJP.
