IRPs getting paid $75-$100 to simply cut and paste tidbits ad infinitum by people paid even more by someone wanting to sell lots and lots of stock and make a profit which is enough to pay everyone and put some in their own pocket. I have seen $15 IRP promotions. I do not see how board noise would make anyone want to buy in; I think it would cause the opposite;
