Could it be that resolution of IDCC vs Ericy will only be a trigger for Nokia's 2G licensing rate, while delivery of the verified WTDD platform to Nokia will trigger resolution of its 3G royalty rate?

In his response to a question from Bill Nescowitz about where we are with Nokia, Howard replies: "We are going to deliver the verified platform [WTDD] to them this year." Now could it be that this will be the trigger for the 3G breakthrough with Nokia, that upon this successful delivery Nokia will finalize its 3G licensing rate with IDCC and thereby release its accummulated royalty revenue?
