Sophist it would be pure speculation on my part. My guess is that once the rate is agreed, the rate will cover 2g, 2.5g & 3g. I doubt if it has anything to do with any milestone regarding TDD. My guess all along has been and continues to be that Nokia will never agree to a rate until the Ericy decision is handed down either through settlement or through trial. I believe we will have a rate even if the case gets appealed by ericy. All is just my guess and others may disagree.

Sophist, some months ago I asked Janet Point if the Nokia P2 rate start date might be tied to a WTDD product delivery or announcement. She said no.
