at 0.01 the market cap of this company would currently be around 6m not 40m. "If" Brand E was Acquired like DC was they would not receive any shares for a year. At that time it would be based on current share price and revenues achieved by Brand E. Pr states acquisition is similar. You can spin it all you want the 8k will be out soon

Even at a penny a share, that puts RTGVS market cap around $10 M assuming a 1 B OS, and Brand E's at $40 million. No way that is happening imo.

Huh? RTGV and Brand E would be one in the same. You would have a single valuation for the company once the merger is complete.
