So how are they valuing the merger then? I was giving it a max market cap of $10 M to start out with. That puts RTGVs market cap around $2.5 M or right around .0025-.003 a share. I cannot see how they can value it higher than that. Even at a penny a share, that puts RTGVS market cap around $10 M assuming a 1 B OS, and Brand E's at $40 million. No way that is happening imo.

There has to be a reason why the stock stays in the .002-.003 area despite the buying. My best guess would be the insiders know the value of the deal.
