nothing would "happen" to the Zecco holdings per se, but then Zecco would have to go out and find another clearing house to replace Penson (I'm sure they have a contingency replacement a phone call away) and hopefully for Matt and his miserable band of shareholders, the new Clearing House would not have the same restrictions as Penson (did) does.
