Penson is a clearing house that is used my many brokers including ZECCO among others. So, first I appreciate the sharing of info by Refill, but If Penson goes away, nothing would happen to you holdings at ZECCO. They would simply have to find another way to trade pinkies... (or allow you to move you shares in kind to another broker).
