Are you saying the PEMF is a 50 year old scam?

BIEL miniaturized the technology for PEMF delivery. The patent office would not patent a "wire and battery".

I have two of these “scams”. Battery is dead in one and I can’t buy a replacement because it’s the FDA job to protect us against scams, I guess. FDA: the Fraud and Deception Agency.

Granted there is a rejection letter from the FDA, but it will be interesting to hear the FDA explain the facts they used for the rejection. I work for a state government. I write the policies and procedures for my division used for new laws when they are passed. I am constantly challenged to justify my ruling. Over 95% of the time my policies stands. When I’m wrong, it’s because there is another law outside what I deal with daily which is brought to my attention. Not only do I change the policy, I LEARN something. This makes the job we, the government, do easier and in the long run makes it easier for the public.
Point being, the FDA needs to justify its ruling and its BIEL’s job to justify what the FDA missed or misunderstood.

If BIEL cannot do this, then we may never see BIEL products on the shelves in the good old USA.

Poor sales numbers do not make the product a scam, it’s a symptom of poor marketing.

I'm sorry Doodles - your reference to apples and oranges somehow being analagous to your and my opinions on pacemakes and the lungs and you saying BIEL is a scam lost me completely. Am I the only one confused by your post?

BIEL is not just a stupid wire and battery as you alluded. To go to your lung analogy being passive versus my pacemaker wire and battery combining to stimulate the regulation of heart beat, may I respectfully suggest that, if I follow your logic, both the respirator and defibrillator are just more crappy devices, also patented, manufactured and sold by charlatans to stabilize the passive act of breathing and to deal with a heart that has stopped? Seems BIEL is in good company as all, including BIEL have FDA approval. None of the BIEL devices is a back-from-the-dead lifesaver, but they are safer than drugs, the efficacy is terrific and as intended, there has never been one negative side effect and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of studies and trials describing the positive effects of PEMF. Lastly, FDA has approved BIEL's RecoveryRx. So, I guess everyone, including FDA, is confused but you. Yesssss.
