Are you saying the PEMF is a 50 year old scam?

BIEL miniaturized the technology for PEMF delivery. The patent office would not patent a "wire and battery".

I have two of these “scams”. Battery is dead in one and I can’t buy a replacement because it’s the FDA job to protect us against scams, I guess. FDA: the Fraud and Deception Agency.

Granted there is a rejection letter from the FDA, but it will be interesting to hear the FDA explain the facts they used for the rejection. I work for a state government. I write the policies and procedures for my division used for new laws when they are passed. I am constantly challenged to justify my ruling. Over 95% of the time my policies stands. When I’m wrong, it’s because there is another law outside what I deal with daily which is brought to my attention. Not only do I change the policy, I LEARN something. This makes the job we, the government, do easier and in the long run makes it easier for the public.
Point being, the FDA needs to justify its ruling and its BIEL’s job to justify what the FDA missed or misunderstood.

If BIEL cannot do this, then we may never see BIEL products on the shelves in the good old USA.

Poor sales numbers do not make the product a scam, it’s a symptom of poor marketing.
