I concur. In fact, it means more that they actually filed an extension because it means they give weight to the OTC info tier and have followed compliance measures to maintain it IMO

agreed. Mark might just want to wait until after the CC to post the fins.
that could be good (eg: he wants to present SJF biz structure and announces SJF revs before inline in CC),
or bad (eg: the fins will be ugly, and he wants to prep us for the bad news by framing it carefully before posting the 10Q).
