mschere: IDCC is the defendant...at present. Ericsson is the Plaintiff. However, in HRS-E, Judge Lynn reversed the roles (realigned the parties) and made Harris the Plaintiff with the obligation to prove the validity of its patents. Originally, E was the Plaintiff. JK

Mschere... I really do not uderstand the constant downward pressure on IDCC. Even in a good market we are under pressure. I can not believe the shorts have that much pricing power. How can "Frick & Frack" hold the ask down unless there just is no demand on the part of buyers. If so, why not? Where are the buyers who got in at much higher prices. Or is it tomorrows CC and a fear of bad news?.Could it be a lack of PR. Ericy is making a lot of noise in there hometown. they do not seem to be under any restrictions as to news releases. Do you not think we should be doing a little spinning too? Any one have any thoughts on this. It sure is a puzzlement

I agree with your comment. The wheels are in motion and there could be light shed on this as soon as tomorrow. Just the same it is time for everyone to perhaps begin looking at ERICY as our future partner and realize that alot has changed in ten years. I am sure many on this board want the swedes to pay and they will, but not the amounts you think. It would be good if everyone on this board did not turn a positive into a negative. Because this is just the begining.
