American Investors think IDCC is actually the defendant in this case..But..IMO..Swedish papers write what they are told and Ericsson has divulged a figure that IDCC can discount by 90% and still come away with $500,000 million and a 3G license..Frick and Frack are still holding the price of IDCC stock down by sitting on the ask..but they will be crushed when the demand for the stock steps up.The stock is trading at low volume and an average trade size under 300..Fundamentals will prevail.
