Just from what I have learned about G.Rabin. I think he is making sure that there is no leak of info. After the lancet found out last time and released the info.
I could be totally wrong but this is my feeling on this. He does not want anyone to benefit from false or hyped info that is going to make our stock look like a pump and dump otherwise new share holders as well as current will lose trust. GLTA.
