So often we can see when test results are going to be good, just by watching the movement of the stock in the days before an announcement is anticipated. It's pretty impossible to keep good test results secret, especially if it involves work at multiple sites with lots of patients.
HOWEVER: if the board has made some sort of decision, or if there is a joint venture in the works, it is MUCH easier to keep that secret. So, I join the other posters in expecting some sort of announcement that has to do with the financial end of things.
