Keepers,

My guess is the same for something related to partnership or JV but offcourse this is just a guess.

I am skeptical though, usually there is a volume spike even at the hint of positive development....someone always finds out before us.

This is crazy of head for R/S when the price hovers around 0.08 cents on a proven science.
I would say get a non-dilutive option first to erase number of shares via buyback get the PPs upto reasonable level and still go ahead and do the R/S
