Its OK either way CJ, I have tons of respect for ya as a fellow mid to long term investor and am not deterred one bit, even if ECDC were diluting.

FACT IS, not all dilution is bad, if it pays debt off, and grows the company - I am all for it.

Its not like this company is run by a slime ball like Ike Sutton, ECDC is legit and making all the right moves to grow.
