ECDC is not diluting as has been proven by charts for weeks now! Also the PR and filing explain how it will all work ahead. At .0135 they have an option to sell shares, if the news is as great as most of us expect it to be we know they will wait until a much higher PPS before selling just like my other stock ICP#. The people who will be selling will let it run hard according to the PR's and 10Q and we all know they will be awesome.
