Maybe that's what they want?

Maybe they posted the contact details exactly to give them an excuse that "shareholders once again ruined the deal" . And how the hell will anyone know who exactly called the lawyer? It's almost as if they are saying "guys, we really thought we were done, but now we are being told there are delays. Is there a reason to worry? We don't know, but here is the contact information"

It really does not make sense to string shareholders along after claims that it was "done done done" , and then start revealing the partners chilean law representative. That is literally asking for trouble. Mind you, there is no law against calling a law office, and The NDA will obviously be in place. So why is Kevin worried? Speaking of calling, anyone call enami yet to confirm that we are in fact transporting or as stated by MG?

Not to worry. Attorneys are not too keen on taking calls from other than paying clients. So, nobody is going to muck up this deal as much as others have so far. The switchboard will not put the calls through.

I doubt very much that asking questions which the party is under no obligation to answer would constitute "Interference in Contractual Relations" which is the tort I believe you are relying on.

I agree that it probably is not a smart thing to do but I doubt that it is actionable.

They forgot to include the phone #------------We again contacted the Claims Purchasing Party Company regarding the status of the funding. We decided to contact the Purchasing party’s Chilean lawyer representative, Senor Ignacio Garcia-Pereira, Abogado of the law firm of Aninat, Schwencke & Cia, Abogados at Law, at Ave. Los Conquistadores 1700 Piso 16, Santiago, Chile. Senor Garcia informed us that the Exploration schedules and associative funding monies were delayed, but forthcoming very soon.

What was the point of this?????
