Maybe they posted the contact details exactly to give them an excuse that "shareholders once again ruined the deal" . And how the hell will anyone know who exactly called the lawyer? It's almost as if they are saying "guys, we really thought we were done,but now we are being told there are delays. Is there a reason to worry? We don't know, but here is the contact information"


It really does not make sense to string shareholders along after claims that it was "done done done" , and then start revealing the partners chilean law representative. That is literally asking for trouble. Mind you, there is no law against calling a law office, and The NDA will obviously be in place. So why is Kevin worried?
