At this time I am way behind in reading the boards this morning so if this has been covered, sorry for the repeat, but

I just got a call from wtxpa (Kevin) who is away from his computer. He asked me to post that he is concerned that shareholders will start contacting the Purchasing party’s Chilean lawyer representative and damage the deal.

I do believe that the shareholders voted JJ as the primary person who is authorized to negotiate for the company. I am not a lawyer but it seems to me that any unauthorized shareholder who might insert himself into the negotiations, and did damage to the negotiations, could find himself in legal hot water.
