billpr, I can't see the other half of your conversation but I would think that "a pimple on an elephant's ass" has got to be one huge pimple! It's all relative. I'm just happy to think, that they think, Virta will grow into that huge festering pimple.

My guess the reason the alliance took so long to complete because it VTSI's priority was not necessarily Sanmina - SCI's.

I wonder why they did not use Samina - SCI in the PR header - would catch some eyes IMO
