Upon reflection, my guess is that VTSI had this deal for some time..Even Kelly, who we all know is prone to exaggeration, would not stick his neck out as early as June to announce "negotiations" were under way if he did not have it in the bag..I think this public announcement was contingent on presenting Sanmina with a major order..To further that thought, this was a one-sided P/R, Sanmina to this minute has not mentioned anything..
