I'm more optimistic than ever. Not only are Homeclick and GFME controlled by the same man and sharing the same officers, but as mentioned in Drylightning's post (stickied), but we have now seen the first store opened. IMO, there's every reason to think we will have a merger here and soon. The absence of the 10K only tells me we are getting very close.

Financial Audits – SEC qualified audited financial statements for your last two fiscal years.

Getting homeclick's financials done for the last two years as well. It looks like a good 80-90% of those items have already been done and these are the final touches for completion. I'm assuming the 8k is being drafted/reviewed as well as the 10k with both companies' AUDITED financial statements are whats holding this thing up...at least I hope.

Any CPA's here? How long does it typicaly take to audit two separate companies financial's for the last two years? Granted GFME's are 50% audited.
