I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic here...but it sure is hard as it doesn't add up right.
The next question I have, relates to reverse mergers and the process of which that entails. Everyone should go to the link I'm posting below and take the five minutes to get familiarized with what the process that we all are hoping for entails. This is a very generic list, but spells it out in the simplest form possible.
The one bullet that stood out to me the most was:

• Audited Financial Statement, conformed to US, GAAP for the private merger partner. The audit statements of the private company have to be consolidated with the public company's financial statements.
