Rico: Only if the NOLs are ordinary, meaning they can be used against profits (some can only be used against capital gains) and only if the NOL's are not subject to an annual use limitation (e.g., you can only use up to X amount of the NOLs per year).

That is why our $5+ bil in NOLs are so valuable. They are ordinary and they are not subject to an annual use limitation.
