leotxtx, IMO you will never get any CEO of any company to state in writing that they will 'never' do an R/S. That is unrealistic IMO. They need to keep their options open for down the road. The fact that he said it via phone tells me that he thinks that way 'NOW'. He can always change his mind 1 year from now. So I was simply doing a 'point in time' snap shot of his mind on the matter.
