this is a question I brought up earlier today but did not have 1 response to. Goldfarb did not need to find buyers for the assets because Atrinsic does not own any!
Read the 8k's and you will see that the note holders own all real and intellectual property as collateral on their notes which are in default and accruing 18% interest until they are found to no longer be in default.
If you read the S3A's and the 8k's you will see that Atrinsic owns nothing at this moment, everything is in the hands of the note holders which are listed in the S3A's.
I would love to have an informed conversation about this as I feel this is the pivotal point regarding ATRN and whether they will be successful, merge, or declare BK.
