An alternate to the merger theory is that Goldfarb and his crew were brought in to help liquidate the media assets Atrinsic had. If that is the case, they were successful by selling to Mkono, and ditching Kazaa. I would think if there was a merger/buyout we would hear about it by now. I am just being realistic here. Yes, there are alot of dots to connect (many of which I pointed out myself) so this could play out either way.

My opinion is that Goldfarb was brought to clean house by shedding assets and finding buyers for those assets. To that end, he was successful. We have evidence of continuing operations, client development, and a leaner business model so I don't think bankrupcy is a reality. I also am steering away from any merger/buyout speculation and focusing on financials. No need to get hopes up.
