They are getting paid with shares like some chose and cash. WHAT we dont know right now is how much debt is any is left.

Atrinsic is a service provider, so in that respect they don't really have/need assets. They provide:

Brandlock
Affiliate Marketing (to 550+ companies)
Pay per call marketing
Pay per click marketing
SEO/SEM
ROI analysis
Etc

Their old business model was all the above plus online entertainment/media. Those were tangible assets (gatorarcade, kazaa, etc). However, they were not profitable. The only profit was coming from the above listed business services.
