#367620 RE: MONICALAW #367613

Hi MonicaLaw, Sharebuilder doesn't follow normal procedures with how things get displayed on their website. It's kind of basic. Everything is pending which is normal for them for the day when they make changes. Tomorrow, I'm just expecting to see only the new shares instead of seeing both new and old shares.

The old shares are not in escrow. The old shares are cancelled. You tendered your old, cancelled shares for new ones as part of the POR.

In my account (E*Trade), I have two new CUSIPs, "939ESC992" in the same quantity as the number of WAMPQ I held before, and the other "92936P100" in the quantity expected after the conversion factor.

The "939ESC992" shares are labeled "WA FUNDING TR III CONV PFD ESCROW CUSIP". These, as best as I can tell, are the liquidating trust interests, which are parts of what could be considered a form of escrow. ("WAshington mutual FUNDING TRanch III CONVerted PreFerreD ESCROW CUSIP" is my extrapolation of the abbreviations.)
