I have no real way of knowing, but I am in the camp that it won't trade for awhile until it can carry a much higher stock price than a dollar...I'm sure there will be mini tender offers to try to get people to sell their shares for a low ball offer in the mean time. I plan on holding my shares for awhile.

With the many big players in this company I believe anything can happen at anytime. Somehow I can't help but think that a SEARS scenario won't happen here....would bring way to much attention to this bankruptcy. Taking this company private somehow wouldn't surprise me, not sure how, but again it would not surprise me.
