Im trying to look at it this way. If they tender an offer, we can get an idea of where the PPS could be. I think it may be how the hedge funds want to work it. They may want to trade as soon as possible to push people out and pick up their shares cheep. Then the last they might just get an offer and accept it and sell us out of all our shares. We will just have to wait and see. Right now there is not much(really nothing), any of us can do right now. Its all good, at least we are getting something. Not as much as we all hoped, but something.

Thanks investor..yeah I hope they hold off till a higher share price can be achieved. I don't want to see us start out weak getting pecked by every shorter in the country.

Can you give an example?

I'm sure there will be mini tender offers to try to get people to sell their shares for a low ball offer in the mean time.
