They did not have his OFFICIAL letter by then, look at the DATES. He did not put anything about his "wife" in the OFFICIAL letter, per the 8K, which overrides anything they stated in the 10Q.... that might have been more of PQs BS excuses, cause he did not want it to seem like he was leaving for other reasons, how do we know for sure?!... and RS is not the only important person to leave before the facts about their production became known. The timing seems awfully strange to me... Its not common to see KEY players "retire" (and continue to work other ventures) when your supposedly going to start growing rapidly... people leave when they lose hope and no doubt RS knew they were running the company like crap. Hes been involved with other successful mining operations. Hes no fool.
The 10Q you are referring too was filed 1.5 months before the letter was received... read...
On December 31, 2011, D. Roger Scammell resigned as a director of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (the “Registrant”) due to his decision to retire. Mr. Scammell did not hold a position on any committee of directors. Mr. Scammell did not resign because of any disagreement with the Registrant. Mr. Scammell sent the Registrant a letter announcing his resignation, but the letter did not state the reasons for his resignation. Mr. Scammell remains a geological consultant to the Registrant. http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8416648
If he did not OFFICIALLY state his reasons for retiring, can they claim there were no disagreements?!
People can believe what they want, but id say theres more to the story than we know. This seems to always be the case with SFMI... His "consultant" roll might just be a nice way to keep his "name" around for awhile longer, we dont know... rarely is anything at is seems with this company.
You still think everything is going peachy at SFMI?!... no comments on the other points i made?
