#366883 RE: wangwang #366880

Short-term - that is the gist wangwang - sort of anyway.

We are actually getting somewhere in the ballpark of 1 share of the newco for each 30+ shares of UQs that we may have held (depending on what the final conversion rate is established to be). I'll let others fill in the blanks on what preferred shares might convert to as I didn't hold any PQs. KQs were (if I recollect) going to convert at something like 0.4 shares newco for each KQ.

We don't have a handle on what (value-wise) we are getting as yet for that share conversion.

IF NewCo shares are worth $1/share, then IF the conversion rate for UQs is 35:1 then OldCo common shares are worth ~$0.0285.

If NewCo shares (given time) end up actually worth $10/share, then OldCo shares are worth ~$0.28.

So,... we don't know anything about the value we hold. No market value for the NewCo shares until they trade. No good handle on what the company is worth until we have a couple of quarters to see IF/WHEN they can generate a profit.

You are going to have to hang around and see what you hold wangwang. Nobody actually knows.
