If NewCo shares (given time) end up actually worth $10/share, then OldCo shares are worth ~$0.28 and NewCo would be worth approximately $5 billion. $2 billion actually, I think...

I do not see this as a difficult task to achieve at all under the current conditions. Give it some time. IMHO!
